The Nesting Nannies, NESTING NORMS are the foundation of our company culture and how we choose to serve and assist our target market. These core values of — Nurturing, Empathy, Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, Network, Growth – guides us in the work we do everyday.
INTERESTED IN BECOMING A MEMBER OF NESTING NANNIES ?
In the first step, candidates submit their demographic and academic information, and respond to an open response question. More specifically, they share three of their professional, extracurricular, and/or creative experiences, and tell us about the skills acquired during them. Finally, candidates upload a resumé and tell us why they want to be a member of Nesting Nannies.
Candidates invited to the video interview stage will have a 45-minute conversation with a Team member, Elder Evaluator, or Alumni. We discuss why the candidate wants to become a member, their experiences, and what they’ve accomplished.
Video interviews take place over a five-day period and we return a decision shortly thereafter.
TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
During this final step, candidates will receive an offer letter to become a member upon successfully completing the required training, courses, and passing all background checks and professional certification trainings.
**To be considered an Active member, the Annual Membership Fee of $150 is required upon joining.**

After successfully paying membership dues and completing the three-step application process, new members will have the exclusive opportunity to attend our induction ceremony experience. Here, they will receive their official membership insignia, marking their entry into our thriving community.
